Please join us for our Catholic Education Week Barbecue and Open House. Our bbq (provided by our Catholic School Council) will be from 5:00-5:45. Classroom visits will be from 5:45-6:30. We will conclude in the gym with some special presentations from some of our classes.

Each year, during Catholic Education Week, the Catholic community of Ontario engages in a
week-long celebration to promote the distinct identity and significant contributions Catholic
education makes to students, their families, our Church and the fabric of society. The theme for
this year’s celebration is: “Catholic Education: Pilgrims of Hope: On the Path to Holiness” and
will take place during the week of May 3 – May 8.

If you are planning summer adventures, please notice that school starts before Labour Day! Kindergarten staggered starts will also happen before Labour Day.

Students are encouraged pay a toonie to wear their favourite toque or hat on Thursday, January 29th to support this fundraiser.

Family Literacy Day is celebrated each year on January 27 to highlight the importance of reading and learning together as a family. It reminds us that everyday activities at home can help children build strong literacy skills while spending meaningful time with the people they love.
